Our team

Yann has more than 30 years of experience in banking, corporate finance, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs, in France as well as in Switzerland, Africa and Asia. He has now been living in Shanghai since 2009.

Yann was the founder of SwissFi, an international corporate finance boutique, providing an investment platform, as well as advisory services to medium-sized companies with a strong international network.

He was also the director and financial manager of several companies with more than 500 employees such as Prestige Video Film, Optima Group and GL Holding.

He was Trader and Asset Manager at Ferri, Ferri and Co with 8 years of experience on the Parisian market.

Yann has an MBA from EPFL and HEC Lausanne.

Alex is Corporate Finance Manager at Investment Partners. Alex joined the company after initial experiences in commercial banking.

Alex has a Double Bachelor's degree in Management from NEOMA Business School x UIBE as well as a Master's degree in Financial Analysis from NEOMA Business School.

Charlotte is Corporate Finance Manager at Investment Partners. Charlotte joined the company after initial experience in investment banking and asset management.

Charlotte has a Masters in Management and a Masters in Financial Analysis from NEOMA Business School.

Hervé is a Partner at Investment Partners. 

Hervé joined the company after having accumulated 35 years of professional experience, including 32 years in an international environment and 20 years in Asia, 17 years for large groups (Total, Solvay) and SMEs and 19 years on his own. 

Hervé created HLCC Ltd Shanghai and Hong Kong in 2003, a consulting company that accompanied its clients in their investment and business development projects in China. 

He has managed many investment projects in China. 

As a member of the board of directors of joint ventures in China and Korea for more than 15 years, he was the interface between European and Asian shareholders. 

Hervé now lives in Paris and joined IVPAR in 2022 to put his international experience to work on clients' strategic projects.

Hervé is a graduate of Neoma Business School.
